A Kmart label from the '70s, found on a vinyl record at the Goodwill. A Kmart-anchored shopping center in Lima, Ohio with a rarely photographed Kmart Foods adjacent. Many of the first Kmarts had seperate Kresge-operated supermarkets next door to their discount stores, but the practice was discontinued in the mid-to late '70s. (Ohio Grocery).

The song “Complicated” is about Mc Jin’s love for rap. He is explaining how his relationship with rap has changed since he released “The Rest is History” in Going through ups.

Whoever liked Stereo MC's old stuff, buy this album - you wont regret it. Although its a DJ mix, you can feel stereo mc's old school funky hip-hop style, but its alot more mature this time. Mostly instrumental, very few songs have vocals. An endless trip, which makes you dream about the album being 2 CDs instead of only /5(15).

May 11,  · 9 Times Outta 10 - DJ Quik & Kurupt. Hip Hop was made for this kind of effort. Kurupt displays his perfect breath control and absolute mastery of space and time, while Quik goes insane on the beat with stuttering vocal and heavy machine gun funk bassline. Man, that snare hit is like a whip on your back, but you’re too busy being hypnotized by the samurai sword swings of lyrics to notice how.

Nov 16,  · Quas was his alter ego which he semi-rapped on. His own personal stuff preferably Beat Konducta vol. is a lengthy cd of samples with hip hop beats while still keeping his classic sound. The thing about MADLIB is the guy experiments like no other, he'll throw shit together that either sounds highly annoying or OMG that's the most beautiful sound I've ever heard kind of thing.
